What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a shop to work at all — for example keeping your basket. Others are optional and are used only if you agree. All cookies listed below are first-party: they are set by gizmovine.com, not by advertising or tracking networks.
Cookies we use
A first visit from an anonymous visitor currently sets no cookies at all. The necessary cookies in the table appear only once you use the matching feature, and the analytics cookie only after you accept it.

Analytics
We use our own first-party analytics to see how many people visit our pages and which Amazon product links they click. It is not advertising. There is no cross-site tracking, no profiling and no automated decision-making. The data stays on our own server and is never sold or shared with third parties. We do not store your full IP address: we keep only a short irreversible hash, used to count visitors without identifying them.
Accept, reject or change your mind
When you first visit, a banner offers “Accept analytics” and “Reject” as two equally simple options. Nothing is collected unless you accept, and rejecting limits no part of the shop. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page, or with the button below.
Legal basis
Necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a working shop, and where applicable on the exception in Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive. Analytics cookies are used only on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
How long we keep it
Your cookie choice is remembered for 180 days; after that we ask again. Anonymised analytics records are deleted after 14 months. The consent record itself — what you chose and when — is kept for 14 months so that we can demonstrate that consent was obtained.
