1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded via this website between [TO CONFIRM: 运营主体法定名称], [TO CONFIRM: 注册地址] (the “Seller”) and the customer (the “Customer”). Consumers within the meaning of these terms are natural persons acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
2. Contract formation
Presenting products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. By placing an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order in writing or dispatches the goods.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and, for consumers within the European Union, include the statutory value added tax applicable at the time of the order. Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is completed. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal

6. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of the Seller until payment has been received in full.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, liability for defects remains in place for 2 years from delivery.
8. Liability
The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and in accordance with the statutory provisions for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
9. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. The Seller is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and does not do so voluntarily.
10. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Statutory provisions on the protection of consumers in the Customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
