Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
How to return an item
- Email [TO CONFIRM: 客服邮箱] within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and which items you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us, in a condition that allows resale.
Refunds
We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Return shipping costs
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we delivered an item that was defective, damaged or not as described – in which case we cover the return cost and refund your original shipping charge as well.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery, to goods made to your specification, or to sealed audio or video recordings that have been unsealed.
Defective goods
Your statutory rights in respect of defective goods are unaffected and remain available for 2 years from delivery. Contact us first – we will find a solution before you need to consider any formal remedy.
